Jazz Vocalists of Minnesota—Supporting and Promoting Jazz Singing

In November 2006, the Jazz Vocalists of Minnesota officially reformed following the dissolution of the national Jazz Vocal Coalition. At the time it dissolved, the national JzVOC had three chapters, in Los Angeles, New York, and Minnesota. The enthusiasm of the local chapter prompted the formation of a new organization of Minnesota artists and educators dedicated to the art form of vocal jazz.

First Sunday of the month, social gathering at Tryg's for brunch, drinks, whatever as well as supporting area musicians. The time is from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. Just show up and look for JzVMn folks. Bring along prospective new members!
