Jazz Vocalists of Minnesota—Supporting and Promoting Jazz Singing

In November 2006, the Jazz Vocalists of Minnesota officially reformed following the dissolution of the national Jazz Vocal Coalition. At the time it dissolved, the national organization had three chapters, in Los Angeles, New York, and our Minnesota chapter. The enthusiasm of our local chapter prompted the formation of a new organization of Minnesota artists and educators dedicated to the art form of vocal jazz.
